"How An Asian Entrepreneur Became CEO Of A Public-Listed Company with
turnover of S$93 Million At The Age of 34!"

Read This Letter Now As I Am Going To Share With You About Priceless
Lessons And Vast Experiences From My Business, Striking A Balance,
Networking To Succeed, Harness The Power Of The Media, Leadership,
Handling of Crisis And Opportunities, Attitudes Of An Entrepreneur

From Kenny Yap

Dear Business Owners and Aspiring Entrepreneurs,

If you want to learn and know more in thriving a good and successful
business, the art of networking, striking a balance, handling of crisis
and opportunities, expanding your business or even self-enrichment, you
should not be missing this!

Many of you have heard and seen me speak publicly about my family's
business, Qian Hu Corporation Limited, but after more than 18 years in
the fish-farming industry spent running the business, learning so many
priceless lessons and gathering such vast experiences, I felt writing a
book to share them all was only appropriate.

The chapters in this book have been written and arranged such that you,
the reader, can choose to start and stop at any chapter.

It was hardest writing the chapter about striking a balance. With so
many things and people in your life when you run a business, striking a
balance is nothing short of an art form that also requires you to apply
a fair bit of logic and some practice. "While it may be perfectly
alright to prioritize the family, some people become so rigid that they
lose focus and life becomes a chore, not a pleasure. In business, you
cannot afford to be rigid. Be as flexible as possible. If we are too
rigid, we become like robots, and life begins to lack significance."

There's a chapter about networking for success because in this day and
age, it's not what you know but who you know. You'll discover it's not
difficult to network quickly and effectively if you're sincere and
respectful of everyone. I will share with you in detail how I learned
to be a networker and how networking has benefited me personally as
well as benefited Qian Hu from a business perspective.

There's also a chapter about leadership mentioning that great leaders
never use domination as a tactic, but rather, we possess the art of
persuading people to work toward a common goal. A leader or
entrepreneur should have a 'FEAR NOT' attitudes and a high tolerance
for ambiguity, mistakes and uncertainty.

I can still recall how I bought a tiny gold fish with 50 cents of my
pocket money when I was seven years old. When I happily took it home,
some of my brothers laughed at me because the gold fish had a broken
tail. But they didn't bother me because in my head, as long as I liked
the fish, it was a good fish. I now realizes how important such a trait
is for an entrepreneur-- not being swayed by the opinions of others.
After all, "As long as we can live up to our own conscience, we need
not seek approval from others."

Finally, take with you the Business Bible of Kenny Yap The Fish and
embark on your next wonderful, exciting venture. Enjoy!

In 2004, I had launched my hard copy book and had a few reprints. Till
now, a lot of my friends and associates locally and overseas still

is only recently when my marketer approached me to do an electronics

Kenny Yap's book is a riveting account of how he transformed
his childhood love affair with fish into a growing and thriving
business. Witty, insightful and sometimes breathtaking, his book oozes
wisdom not just on entrepreneurship but also on business management,
family values and even community spirit. What a book! A must read!

Kwek Leng Beng

A highly readable account of Kenny's colourful journey from a
humble farm boy to a multiple-award entrepreneur, liberally sharing his
secrets of success. Filled with personal anecdotes and many practical
insights on building and managing a thriving business, this interesting
book is highly recommended not only for aspiring entrepreneurs but also
for successful businessmen and general readers alike.

Koh Poh Tiong, CEO

As you journey through Kenny the Fish's entrepreneurial
experience, you are comforted in the fact that there is hope even for
the smallest fish in the largest pond. Through his very candid
approach, Kenny succeeds in creating a book of practical advice
peppered with gems of wisdom, particularly for upstarts who want an
insight into the various facades of entrepreneurship.
The simple writing style makes for easy, refreshing reading.

Wong Ngit Liong

A heart-warming story of a humble young man who was determined to
succeed and who never let problems divert him from his achieving his
dream. An exceptionally focused person, Kenny was never deterred by
snide remarks even when he was a young boy and this mould him through
the years to become the entrepreneur that he is today. Kenny shares the
lessons of what it takes to be an entrepreneur - to be clear about your
objectives before you embark on your vision.

Those who know Kenny would know that he is very candid and writes from
his heart. Many mature kampong boys would certainly be able to relate
to his growing up story. This book is a fun, easy read with useful tips
for budding entrepreneurs.

Colonel Tan Kah Thiam
Commander

Kenny is a special person, with a unique background and upbringing,
light-hearted with a unique point of view. Written with a style
congruent with his bubbly nature, Kenny's down to earth advice on
business and life in this book is simply a treasure to behold! I highly
recommend reading it.

BG Bernard Tan
Commander 25 Division
Chief Armour Officer

Reading Kenny's story is an inspirational journey - a journey
that I highly recommend all budding and established entrepreneurs to
take. I must admit that I have never been interested in the amazing
world of fishes until I heard The Fish talk about the co-relationship
between the different types of fish and the ways of an entrepreneur. I
am so glad that Kenny has included a chapter on illustrating this in
this book - it will be a chapter that I will constantly go back to for
inspirational tips.
I have often said that we can only excel in whatever we do if we have
the passion in us. Kenny's story clearly illustrates his passion for
life and I believe that this is fundamentally the driving force behind
this amazing entrepreneur. The Fish clearly lacks nothing in life
except that his fish will always need my water.

Find other ZORGIUM pages using your favorite search engine:

Enter your search keyword(s) and the keyword "zorgium" into the search input field of http://bing.com, http://yahoo.com or http://google.com.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
